Apartment Soline occupies the entire first floor of Chalet Austria, which is located in the exclusive Nasserein area of St Anton. The Nasserein gondola is only a five minute walk away, and it is a ten minute walk to all the action in the centre of the resort.
The apartment offers 200m² of living space and sleeps up to 12 guests in five bedrooms. High-quality materials, craftsmanship and finishes throughout create an air of understated luxury. The decor is traditional Tyrolean with a refined twist, with wooden floors, ceilings and doors and a mixture of white painted plaster and wood paneling on the walls. Heavy curtains in rich fabrics hang from wrought iron rails above every window, and walls are adorned with traditional artwork and wooden bookshelves.
The entrance hallway opens to the main living space which is an open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a magnificent 18th-century tiled ‘Stube’ oven of the type typically used to heat old mountain dwellings. At one end of the space, sofas and armchairs upholstered in pale and coloured fabrics are arranged around a low coffee table. French windows open onto a large balcony.
At the other end of the room, separated from the lounge area by the Stube, are the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a table, benches and chairs seating 12 and features a beautiful renaissance style painted ceiling panel. The open-plan kitchen next to the table is fully kitted out with all the necessary appliances and equipment.
A passageway running the length of the property leads to the apartment’s five bedrooms and the media room, which has a large L-shaped sofa and wall-mounted TV. The media room also has a second small dining table and kitchen.
There are four double bedrooms, all with balcony access and beds that can be configured as doubles or twins. Three of the double rooms have ensuite bath and shower rooms, and one has an ensuite shower room. The fifth bedroom is a children’s quad bunk room with an ensuite bath and shower room.
A shared spa area with a beautiful hammam, sauna, shower and relaxation area is the perfect remedy for tired legs after a day exploring St Anton’s vast ski slopes. The building also has a shared ski room, and Apartment Soline has two dedicated parking spaces.
For catered rentals, meals are prepared in Chalet Austria’s professional kitchen and served by your chalet hosts in the dining area of the apartment.
