Chalech 4 is one of five residences in the exclusive Chalech complex. Extending over 379m² on three levels, it sleeps up to 14 guests in six bedrooms. The property showcases the latest in Alpine chalet design and epitomises the refined and understated luxury characteristic of Lech’s contemporary chalets and apartments.
An open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen take up most of the top floor. The lounge area has a long green leather sofa and a selection of comfortable armchairs arranged around a low coffee table, with a wall mounted TV on the opposite wall. There is a second seating area next to a wood burning fireplace in the corner of the room.
The interior design features wooden floors, ceilings and panelling, natural stone and simple white plastered walls. Furniture and fabrics are a mixture of dark or muted tones and splashes of colour, with rugs strategically located in the seating areas.
Large windows on three sides of the living space provide plenty of natural light, with wonderful views over the resort and the surrounding mountains. French doors open onto a large balcony from which to enjoy the sunshine and take in the splendid scenery.
The dining table seats up to ten people, and is next to a sleek modern kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and equipment to create delicious meals, along with plenty of cupboard space.
The master bedroom is also on the top floor, accessed via a door opening into the living and dining space. It has a large double bed, an open plan bathroom with a free standing oval bathtub and his and hers sinks, and a separate walk-in shower.
There are three double bedrooms on the first floor, one with an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks and a separate shower, and two with ensuite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have access to a shared balcony. There is a small second dining area on this level with a table seating four.
The ground floor is shared by two further bedrooms and the chalet’s wellness and entertainment facilities. The bedrooms are a double room with an ensuite bathroom and separate shower, and a children’s quad bunk room. The bunk room has its own shower room next door. The spa area has a private sauna, hammam, and chill-out bed, and guests also have access to the Chalech complex’s shared swimming pool and gym.
The media room is a great place to relax in front of a movie or your favourite sports or TV shows, with a comfy L-shaped sofa with plenty of cushions and rugs, and large wall-mounted TV screen. Both the media room and the spa area have access to a ground level terrace.
Chalech 4 has WiFi Internet access throughout, and a networked Sonos sound system. Each bedroom also has its own wall-mounted TV.
There is elevator access to all floors and parking for four vehicles in two indoor and two outdoor spaces. Guests have the use of a shared ski room with boot warmers and dedicated lockers.
