Chalech L is a contemporary duplex apartment in the exclusive Chalech development, just a short walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift.
This 230 m² four bedroom property accommodates up to eight guests. Modern design, furnishings and amenities are combined with traditional alpine materials to create a comfortable and elegant mountain retreat.
Guests enter on the upper floor, straight into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the room with natural light and open onto a balcony with expansive mountain views. An L-shaped sofa and armchairs are arranged around the fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day on the mountain.
Wooden ceilings and cabinetry bring warmth to the room, while the fireplace offers a contemporary take on a traditional Austrian stube. The result is a living area that feels both stylish and inviting.
The dining area features a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, providing a relaxed setting for shared meals. Behind the dining space is a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen.
Also on the upper floor are a guest WC and the first of the four en-suite bedrooms, which can be configured as either a twin or double and has direct access to the balcony.
On the lower floor are the remaining three bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with sauna and shower, and balcony access. Two further en-suite bedrooms can be arranged as either twins or doubles, both with access to the balcony.
Guests have access to the development’s shared wellness facilities. The spa is the perfect place to unwind and recharge, with a sauna, hammam, rain shower, relaxation area, terrace, gym and indoor lap pool.
