Chalet Milou is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood of private chalets just up the hill from the Médran lift station. This spacious 450 m² property strikes a perfect blend between traditional alpine design and contemporary luxury. Aged reclaimed wood is used throughout the interiors, juxtaposed with modern design features and amenities.
A large south-facing balcony runs the full width of the property offering magnificent views of the Combins massif and the high mountains of the Pennine Alps.
The main living space has double height beamed ceilings and massive windows to let in the light and frame the views of the mountains. The spacious lounge area has two luxurious sofas facing a large stone fireplace which forms the focal point of the room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine TV snug for watching a movie or favourite show away from the rest of the guests.
The dining area has a long table seating 12 people. Next door is the well-equipped kitchen for the chef to prepare meals for the group.
On the other side of the chalet there is a second lounge area, also with an open fireplace and amazing views, offering an alternative space to chill out, watch TV or socialise away from the main living areas.
The chalet sleeps up to twelve guests in six bedrooms. The impressive master bedroom suite is on the top floor and has a super king-size bed, an en suite bathroom and a private balcony.
There are five more double bedrooms on the ground floor, all with super king-size beds that can be split into twin beds if required. Four of these rooms have en suite bathrooms, one with a separate shower, and the fifth has an en suite shower room.
Also on the ground floor is the chalet’s spa area with a hammam, yoga/massage room and access to the outdoor hot tub.
Chalet Milou is equipped with high-speed wireless internet, Apple TV and a Sonos multi-room sound system. There is a ski room with heated boot dryers, and garage parking for two vehicles.
