While some charters can be organised at shorter notice, we generally recommend beginning the conversation several months in advance, particularly during peak seasons. This allows for a wider choice of yachts and greater flexibility when shaping itineraries, crew, and onboard arrangements.
How flexible is the itinerary once we are on board?
Depending on the weather which the Captain receives updates for constantly. Also the practicality of moving the vessel, as guests generally do not want to do long overnight voyages at sea so these considerations are all taken into account. Unlike cruises, the captain can change the route based on weather or preference, allowing you to stay longer in a favorite spot if possible.
What is the dining experience on board?
The chefs plan the menus based on guest food preferences and culinary choices. For example if clients catch fresh fish or dive for lobster, the chef will prepare the catch of the day for one of the meals. Special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays can be as elegant or extravagant to suit guests desires.
