Villa Villekulla is a modern chalet constructed and finished to the highest standard, offering spacious open-plan living with an abundance of natural light and spectacular views. The decor combines natural wood, white walls and neutral-toned fabrics to create a clean contemporary aesthetic. The location is ideal for keen skiers, with the nearest piste passing just 150 metres from the chalet. From here you can reach several of St Anton’s main ski lifts in just a few minutes.
The upper level of the chalet is an open plan living and dining space with floor to ceiling windows at one end, and sliding doors on two sides which open to a small balcony and a large terrace respectively.
At one end of the living space a plush L-shaped modular sofa and armchair are arranged round a low coffee table, facing an open wood-burning fireplace with a large flat screen TV above. With windows on two sides, the lounge space is ideal for relaxing and admiring the mountain views. Sliding doors next to the fireplace open to a small balcony, and the other side of the living space opens onto a large terrace with outdoor seating and a dining table.
At the other end of the living space there is a dining table seating up to 12 people and an open kitchen with state of the art appliances and plenty of storage cabinets concealed behind wood panelling.
Moving down a level, there are four bedrooms on the ground floor of the chalet. The master bedroom has a writing desk, an en suite bathroom with separate shower and access via sliding doors to a terrace with two warm baths. A second double bedroom with an en suite shower room also has access to this terrace. Two more double bedrooms on this floor, one with a private balcony, share a shower room and separate WC. All the bedrooms on the ground floor except the master can also be configured with twin beds if desired.
On the lower ground floor there is a fifth double bedroom and a twin bunk bedroom. Both these bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and shared access to a balcony. Also on this level are a sauna with shower and relaxation area, a guest WC, the ski room and a professional kitchen for use by the chalet staff when the property is rented on a catered basis.
Villa Villekulla has wireless internet access throughout, and the master and one of the other double bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. There is outdoor parking for up to four vehicles.
