Crux Penthouse sleeps up to 12 guests and has a total of 260m² of living space. This contemporary mountain residence evokes traditional Alpine architecture with high exposed wooden ceilings, wood floors, aged wood paneling throughout and natural stone in the bathrooms and kitchen.
An elevator takes you from ground level up to the penthouse’s main entrance on the top floor. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the high-ceilinged main living space. Full-height windows maximise natural light and offer spectacular views of the Verwall valley and the surrounding high peaks including Galzig and Valluga. Comfortable sofas are arranged in front of an open fireplace, and sliding doors open to a large balcony with plenty of chairs and loungers that is perfect for taking in the spectacular mountain scenery.
A second seating area off the main living space has a large wall-mounted TV and is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a movie or enjoying some quiet time.
At the other end of the living space is a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances and elegant stone worktops. The adjacent dining area has a table seating up to 12 people, lit by a large circular chandelier which creates a wonderful ambience.
The apartment has five bedrooms, each following the overall design aesthetic of the living spaces with high ceilings, extensive use of natural wood, and sleek contemporary bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a sofa and writing desk, and an ensuite bath/shower room with his and hers sinks. Two further double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and one with an ensuite shower room, can also be made up with twin beds if desired. A third double bedroom has a fixed double bed and ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a quad bunk room with a desk and an ensuite shower room. All the bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs.
Off the central hallway there is a sauna with a shower, and a guest WC. The apartment has private laundry facilities, a shared ski room with boot warmers, and garage parking for three vehicles. There is WiFi Internet access throughout the property and a Sonos networked sound system.
