The Brunnenhof residence has 14 apartments which offer a high standard of accommodation in a convenient location for the village centre and access to the ski area.
Apartment 3 is on the first floor and extends over 145m², with an open plan living and dining area and three double bedrooms. The living space is divided by a wide central column, with a TV on one side facing the sofa and armchairs in the lounge area. There is an artificial fireplace on the other side facing the dining area. Next to the dining area is an open-plan kitchen with an L-shaped worktop, modern appliances and plenty of storage cupboards.
Floor to ceiling French windows run along one side of the living space and open onto the balcony.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and shower room, a small sitting area and its own private access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The bedrooms are furnished and decorated in muted colours designed to create a calm space ideal for rest and relaxation. Each of the bedrooms has a wall-mounted TV facing the bed.
The decor of the apartment is a stylish blend of modern minimalism with artwork, lighting and wall pieces paying homage to Lech’s mountain heritage.
Guests staying in the apartment have access to the residence’s shared wellness facilities. These include a swimming pool and relaxation area, sauna and hammam. The residence also has a ski room with lockers dedicated to each apartment.
Apartment Brunnenhof 3 has WiFi Internet access and one parking space in the basement car park.
