Situated in one of Verbier’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, Chalet Delormes is the perfect mountain retreat. Set in beautiful gardens, this stand-alone chalet offers 700m2 of interior living space spread across four floors, and sleeps up to fifteen guests in seven individually decorated bedrooms.
Traditional materials have been combined with the owner’s artistic vision to create a truly outstanding chalet with beautiful furnishings and finishes, and great attention to detail throughout. The main entrance is on the first floor, opening into a spacious hallway with a guest WC and an adjacent ski room. Stairs and an elevator leads up to the open-plan living area on the second floor. Large sofas adorned with plump cushions surround the beautiful stone fireplace, and the long wooden dining table is overlooked by a fully-equipped kitchen finished to the highest standard. Sliding glass doors opening onto a large balcony fill the room with lots of natural light, whilst framing the surrounding views.
"A dream chalet in a fantastic location close to Le Rouge piste with great access to the amazing intermediate and advanced skiing. It's also great for beginners as the nursery slopes are an easy two-minute walk."
Chalet Delormes has seven beautiful bedrooms distributed across all four floors. Situated on the first floor, the stunning master suite has full height French doors opening onto a large shared balcony with breathtaking views. The decadent en suite bathroom has a large, free-standing bathtub, his and hers sinks and a separate shower. The second double/twin room on this floor has an en suite bathroom and doors opening onto the balcony shared with the master suite.
On the second floor, a double/twin bedroom and a two-person bunk room share a contemporary Jack and Jill style en suite bathroom. A small staircase leads to the mezzanine floor where, set under the eaves, is a charming double bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Moving down to the ground floor, there is a double/twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and French doors opening onto the garden. There is also a bunk room, suitable for three children with a private shower room opposite.
A particular highlight is the relaxing spa area located on the ground floor. Unwind in style at the end of a day’s skiing with a soak in the hot tub, followed by a sauna or invigorating rain shower. You will also find the TV/games room with a large L-shaped sofa in front of the fireplace, pool table and dart board. There’s also a small kitchen and bar area, and access into the sunny garden.
Chalet Delormes has private laundry facilities, and indoor parking for two vehicles. An elevator gives access to all floors except the top floor mezzanine.
