With an overall living space of 866m2, Chalet Shalimar sleeps up to twenty people in ten bedrooms. Perfect for large corporate groups or families, the chalet can be split into two apartments, Alex and Elena. When rented separately, both apartments are completely self-contained with their own living/dining rooms and kitchens.
The interiors are warm and inviting, with traditional wood beams and floors combined with beautifully upholstered furnishings, sumptuously-soft throws and wood burning fireplaces. Taking up the entire top floor, the main living and dining area is filled with natural light. Floor to ceiling glass doors open onto furnished balconies with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. When Chalet Shalimar is rented in its entirety, one side of the top floor is transformed into the dining area, and the other into the living area. With two TV rooms, as well as two smaller living areas on the ground floor, there is ample space for everyone to find a quiet place to relax and unwind, or socialise as a group. The chalet also has four well-equipped kitchens and the ground floor opens onto the surrounding terraces and garden.
"A great choice for large corporate groups or extended family get-togethers. There is plenty of space and privacy for everyone, and the spa and the astonishing Matterhorn views are a treat."
The bedrooms are divided between the first floor and ground floor, and have doors opening onto balconies or terraces. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and beds which can be configured as doubles or twins.
After a day on the mountain, head down to the tranquil spa area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and dedicated massage room.
Guests staying at Chalet Shalimar have use of the ground floor ski room with boot warmers, and there are also laundry facilities on the lower ground floor.
