The entrance on the second floor opens into a light and spacious open-plan living area with double height vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows framing the incredible mountain views. After a day’s skiing, guests can relax and swap stories on the oversized sofas in front of the roaring fireplace before enjoying a delicious meal with a view at the beautiful wooden dining table. French doors open onto a large furnished balcony – the perfect spot for enjoying a pre-dinner drink while gazing at the surrounding peaks. For those who need to catch up on work there is an office area adjacent to the well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
With mountain views, rich textiles and a warm, natural colour palette, the bedrooms exude a warm and inviting ambiance. Taking up the entire top floor, the master suite has its own private balcony with views of the famous Attelas Couloirs. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the ground floor where there are two double/twin bedrooms with terrace access, and a quad bunk room with adult-size beds. Each room has an en suite bathroom or shower room. The ski room, laundry room and winter entrance are also on this floor.
The ground floor of Chalet La Vigne is given over to leisure and relaxation with a beautiful private spa with an indoor swimming pool, azure blue hammam and gym. Huge sliding glass doors showcase the incredible views and open onto the terrace with an outdoor hot tub surrounded by pine trees for ultimate privacy. The chalet is fully wired for sound and vision with a Bowers & Wilkins integrated sound system, so guests can listen to music whilst they swim or work out. Also on this floor is a cosy cinema room and a well-stocked wine cellar.
Chalet La Vigne has a garage with space for one vehicle. During the winter months, due to its location, guests will need a 4 x 4 vehicle of booking the property on a self catered basis. A dedicated driver is included if booked on a catered basis.
