Constructed in 2024, Chalet Kitsilano features the latest in Swiss chalet architecture and interior design. Traditional materials are combined with modern construction methods, high-quality materials, fixtures and fittings, and stylish furnishings and decor to create a luxurious contemporary mountain retreat which blends harmoniously with its surroundings.
The main entrance at ground level opens into an entrance hallway with an office to one side, and then to the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space which occupies most of the ground floor. A central staircase leads up and down to the other two floors.
The main lounge seating area has a plush L-shaped sofa facing the island fireplace and a large wall-mounted TV, and is perfect for relaxing with fellow guests or taking in a movie or your favourite show. A second seating area in the corner of the living space is set up for conversation, reading or just taking on the view.
Facing the floor to ceiling sliding doors which open to the balcony is the dining table which seats up to ten people. Occupying the other corner of the living space is the spacious open kitchen which is fully-equipped with everything your chef will need to create delicious meals throughout your stay.
A balcony with plenty of seating and an outdoor dining table extends around two sides of the chalet, and a paved terrace runs around the structure at garden level. From both inside and outside the chalet, the views over Verbier and the Val de Bagnes to the high mountains beyond are incredible.
The chalet has five bedrooms spread over all three floors. The top floor is entirely taken up by the master suite, which has a super-king sized bed, a private balcony, seating area, dressing room, and a bathroom with a freestanding oval tub, shower and his and hers sinks.
The other four bedrooms, three of which are on the lower floor and one on the ground floor, all have king size double beds which can be configured as twin single beds if desired. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite bath and shower room. One of the three bedrooms on the lower floor has an en suite bathroom and two have en suite shower rooms. All three bedrooms on this level have access to the terrace and garden.
The lower floor also has a ski room with boot dryers and plenty of storage for skis and outdoor gear, and a well-equipped fitness room. There is a second entrance on this level, and there is an outdoor hot tub and a fire pit on the terrace in front of the chalet.
