The latest of three in the Alpine Estate, Calima is available with the Sirocco and Norte or independently. Accommodating eight guests in four stunning ensuite bedrooms, the chalet is spread over four levels each accessed by stairs or elevator. The design blends traditional features of beautiful locally crafted stone and wood, beautifully offset by contemporary elements, to create a space that sits in harmony with its surroundings. A state-of-the-art Sonos sound system allows for seamless entertainment throughout the property, while tasteful lighting design and sumptuous furnishings ensure ambience within this stunning mountain haven. 

Guests enter the chalet on the second floor. It is on this level that the bedrooms are positioned. This peaceful sanctuary has two ensuite bedrooms that both access a paved terrace. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with both a shower and spacious bathtub as well as terrace access. A fourth ensuite bedroom completes this floor. Bespoke design elements, warm wooden finishes, luxurious furnishings and high-spec mounted televisions make these bedrooms stylish yet comfortable, perfect to unwind and relax. 

The top floor of the chalet houses the luxury dining and living areas. This fantastic open-plan space offers captures an airy feel, providing the ideal environment to relax and spend time with loved ones.  Large french windows capitalise on the incredible mountain spectacle unfolding beyond from dawn to dusk, with access to a south-facing balcony allowing for a front-row seat to the magical scenery. The property sits above Verbier so night provides the shimmering lights of Verbier and by day the incredible mountainscapes. Inside plush designer seating sits around an impressive marble and wood-burning fireplace, acting as the ideal centrepiece of this tranquil alpine bubble.

The dining area features a sleek table seating eight guests, behind which a lovely and well-appointed Italian kitchen is located. This space can be closed off for more formal gatherings or left open for a relaxed family feel.

The spa is located on the ground level which is accessed by either lift or stairs. A beautiful area with an innovative pool that has an adjustable floor to suit the swimmer’s ability. The interior of the pool area pool is designed to be harmonious with the impressive mountain views beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sitting behind the pool is a brilliant indoor hot tub. Stepping out through glass sliding doors onto a wooden deck sits an outdoor hot tub and comfortable loungers perfectly positioned to soak up the sun after a long day of winter adventures. This spa and relaxation space is the ultimate in luxury and there is no better place to be than to sit enjoying the view and company of your friends at the end of a fabulous day in Verbier. 

A wonderful wow cinema room is situated on the floor above the space. This space also doubles as a conference room with the capacity to sit 24 people. There is also a spacious ski room with boot warmers to a laundry. Lastly, a garage can house four vehicles. A pedestrian walkway links to the two other properties in The Alpine Estate: Sirocco and Norte offering the ability to accommodate larger groups.
