With a bright and airy living space of 386m2, Apartment Elena comfortably accommodates eight guests in four attractively furnished bedrooms, and is a great choice for families or friends. For larger groups, it can be rented in conjunction with Apartment Alex.
With two open-plan living and dining areas, and two well-equipped kitchens, Apartment Elena has ample space for everyone to relax and dine together, or curl up in front of the large wood burning fireplaces with a hot chocolate and a good book. Full height sliding glass doors open onto the terrace from where there are views of the majestic Matterhorn. Younger children can safely play in the surrounding gardens while the grown-ups enjoy a glass of champagne while gazing at the peaks.

The bedrooms are bright and spacious with lots of natural light. Each room has doors opening onto the surrounding terraces and gardens with Matterhorn views. All bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins, and have an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Guests staying at Apartment Elena have shared use of the tranquil spa area situated on the lower ground floor of the building. The swimming pool, sauna, hammam and dedicated massage room is shared with six-bedroom Apartment Alex. You will also find shared ski lockers and shared laundry facilities.
It’s possible to ski to back to the property via the Moosweg piste. You can ski down to the Matterhorn Express lift over the meadows in front of the building. Winkelmatten is a fifteen-minute walk from the centre of the resort, which can also be easily reached by the local bus service or electro-taxi.
