The apartment is one of four in the impressive residence Grand Pré, situated la Legettaz, a few minutes by road or an easy walk from the centre of the resort.
Accommodating up to ten guests in four ensuite bedrooms, and with shared spa facilities including a swimming pool and sauna, this is the perfect property for a group of keen skiers washing to explore the world-renowned mountain playground of Val d’Isère.
Skiing straight to or from the property, you can directly access the residence’s ground floor ski room, which has plenty of storage space for skis and ski gear, along with the all-important heated boot dryers.
The first floor entrance to the apartment opens into the striking living and dining space. The lounge seating in front of the fireplace is ultra plush and very cosy, as well as being ideally positioned to take in the stunning views of la Face and the mountains surrounding the resort.
The decor of the living space can best be described as bohemian chic with an Alpine twist. A long dining table lit by a modern chandelier seats up to ten people, and th kitchen is both stylish and functional, with wood-panelled cabinetry and worktops and all the necessary equipment and appliances. There is a breakfast bar with four stools for informal dining.
There are four bedrooms on the lower floor of the apartment, with wood-panelled walls and beautifully decorated in a relaxing neutral colour palette. The master suite has a desk, an en suite bathroom with a separate shower, and access to a shared balcony. Two further double bedrooms have beds which can be configured as twin single beds if desired, en-suite shower rooms, and balcony access. The fourth bedroom is a quad bunk room with an en suite shower room. One of the doubles and the bunk room share a WC under the stairs leading to the top floor. All the bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs.
The Grand Pré building has a lovely spa area with a swimming pool with endless current if guests feel like doing a few laps. There is a sauna to help ease any tired muscles after a day exploring fabulous Val d’Isère. Chairs and loungers are positioned around the pool and sauna to relax in.
The apartment has a private laundry with washer and dryer and dedicated private lockers in the building’s shared ski room.
There are two allocated parking spaces in the basement garage, with changing ports for EVs.
