In a prime location a short walk from the centre of town and just 500 metres from the Matterhorn Express gondola, Christiania Penthouse is a contemporary apartment finished to a very high standard occupying the top two floors of the Christiania Residence.

The perfect mountain getaway, Christiania Penthouse is a beautifully designed duplex apartment with an overall living space of 530m2. Comfortably accommodating fourteen guests in seven well-appointed bedrooms, it’s  a great choice for large group holidays or corporate gatherings.

The interiors are spacious, clean-lined and modern with a colour palette in warm neutral tones.

Situated on the top floor is the open-plan living and dining space with sliding glass doors opening onto a sunny balcony with stunning views of the majestic Matterhorn. Oversized comfortable sofas are set around a contemporary wood burning fireplace and there is a large 18-seater dining table which can be extended to accommodate twenty-six people. At the far end is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a small breakfast bar with seating for two.

At the end of an exhilarating day on the mountain, relax with a favourite movie in the adjacent cinema room with its plush, squashy sofas and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a guest WC.

Designed with maximum comfort in mind, the seven double bedrooms are equipped with TVs, desks and safes. All rooms have super-king size beds which can be configured as twins if required. Five bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms or shower rooms and most rooms have either a private or shared balcony. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and can be closed off from the rest of the floor to create a family suite. The master bedroom has a wood burning fireplace with sitting area, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. A large private balcony offers wonderful views of the Matterhorn.

Within the penthouse is a private sauna and guests have access to the well-equipped gym and massage room located on the lower ground floor of the building. There is also a ski room with boot warmers and private lockers for each apartment. There is elevator access to all floors in the building.

Christiania Penthouse can be rented in conjunction with other apartments within the Christiania Residence.
