With a living space of 300m2, pretty terraces and a private garden, Chalet Le Ti sleeps six to eight guests and is a great choice for families.
Exposed wood beamed ceilings, traditional panelled walls and wooden floors strewn with colourful rugs provide a backdrop for hand-picked antiques and artefacts collected during the owner’s travels around the world.
On the top floor, the open-plan living space has a double height, vaulted ceiling and doors opening onto the surrounding terraces with an outdoor hot tub and stunning views. The sitting area has a choice of comfortable sofas set around a traditional stone fireplace and a corner bar. The dining corner, with traditional alpine style bench seating, is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen and there is a guest WC just off the entrance hall.
"An absolutely charming chalet in a great location - quiet and peaceful but within walking distance of the bustling centre of Verbier, and a short ski down to the main lift station."
Stairs lead down to the ground floor which is the main sleeping level. Alpine detailing and the use of richly textured fabrics in warm, neutral tones give the bedrooms a warm and welcoming ambiance. The pretty master suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a free-standing claw-foot bathtub and a separate shower. There is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a quad bunk room with an en suite shower room. An additional sleeping area is on the mezzanine level which is accessed via the main living area and comprises two single beds and a dedicated shower room on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor is a TV lounge/games room with a pool table and retro leather armchairs and well-upholstered sofas in front of a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a wine cellar, ski room with boot warmers, and a laundry room.
Chalet Le Ti has a Crestron home entertainment system throughout and a garage with parking for two vehicles.
